A no-count plan called the Core Plan is offered by Weight Watchers for those who don't like keeping track of points. On this diet plan, wholesome unprocessed foods like whole grains, lean meats and vegetables are eaten. Foods not on the allowed list can be eaten occasionally.
In addition, the Weight Watchers plan calls for weekly attendance of motivational meetings either in person or online.
